SeaMon is a REST-API data service that provides a homogeneous interface to many types of weather forecasts across multiple regions and domains. The main focus of the service is to provide a fast and efficient query of forecasts en route, most suitable for weather hazard prediction on roads and on sea.

SeaMon is developed and maintained by bitVinci ehf in Iceland. BitVinci ehf is a company founded in 2018 by weather forecasters and software developers from the Icelandic Meteorological Office.
